Role Overview:
As a Corporate Training &amp; Development Specialist, you will help organizations connect with the right development solutions to meet their business goals. You will proactively identify and qualify leads through a variety of methods, understand client needs, and recommend customized solutions that drive workforce growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Identify, approach, and qualify new leads — including those provided by the company — using various strategies (calls, networking, digital outreach, events, referrals, and more)</li>
<li>Nurture and convert leads provided by the company into successful clients</li>
<li>Engage with decision-makers to understand their training and development needs</li>
<li>Recommend tailored training and talent development solutions that align with client goals</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed monthly personal sales targets and KPIs</li>
