Role Overview
We are looking for a business-driven Personal Assistant cum HR to support our performance marketing (UA) teams. This role is not a traditional PA function — you will work closely with business leaders to drive performance, profitability, and team growth through data, KPI systems, and incentive design.
You must be comfortable discussing ROI, CPA, and business performance, not just HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
1️ Business Partnership (Core Focus)
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with performance marketing teams (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)</li>
<li>Understand key business metrics such as CPA, ROI, ARPU, GGR</li>
<li>Align HR strategies with business goals such as scaling, cost control, and profitability</li>
<li>Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on team performance and structure</li>
</ul>
2️ Performance &amp; KPI Management
<ul>
<li>Design and optimize performance management systems for UA / growth teams</li>
<li>Develop and track KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and spending efficiency</li>
<li>Drive performance reviews (weekly / monthly / quarterly)</li>
<li>Implement performance improvement and exit mechanisms for underperformers</li>
</ul>
3️ Compensation &amp; Incentive Design (Critical)
<ul>
<li>Design and optimize salary structures and bonus schemes</li>
<li>Develop performance-based incentives tied to ROI, GGR, and profitability</li>
<li>Ensure incentive models:</li>
<li>✔ Drive scaling and performance</li>
<li>✔ Maintain business profitability</li>
</ul>
4️ Organization &amp; Talent Management

<li>Design and optimize team structures (Trainee → Junior → Senior → Lead)</li>
<li>Build talent pipelines and succession planning for key roles</li>
<li>Support leadership in promotion, restructuring, and workforce optimization</li>
<li>Ensure high-performing talents are retained and developed</li>

5️ Recruitment Partnership

<li>Work closely with the recruitment team to:</li>
