Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical HR experience in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;

Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Recruitment Support:</li>
<ul>
<li>Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate communication with candidates and maintain applicant tracking systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create and maintain a filing system for candidates (softcopy &amp; hardcopy)</li>
</ul>
<li>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding:</li>
<ul>
<li>Help prepare new hire paperwork and orientation materials.</li>
<li>Assist in collating onboarding paperwork for Finance &amp; Payroll&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support exit interviews and offboarding processes.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital) while ensuring confidentiality.</li>
</ul>
<li>Employee Engagement:</li>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to planning team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.</li>
</ul>
<li>Performance Management: </li>
<ul>
<li>Assist in monitoring and tracking employee performance metrics.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining performance-related records and reports.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Compliance &amp; Policies:</li>
<ul>
<li>Assist in updating HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.</li>
<li>Support documentation for audits or reporting requirements.</li>
</ul>
<li>Administrative Tasks:</li>
<ul>
<li>Manage HR inbox inquiries and route them appropriately.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and presentations for HR weekly meetings.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
