Key Requirements &amp; Daily Responsibilities:

1.Communication &amp; Customer Service 
<ul>
<li>Bilingual Fluency is a MUST: You must be able to talk, read, and write fluently in both English and Malay.</li>
<li>Email Discipline: Manage the service inbox with a strict goal of a 1-hour response time and ensure all emails are cleared before the end of the working day.</li>
<li>Professional Front Desk: Act as the first point of contact—greeting walk-in customers, handling incoming calls politely, and ensuring the reception area is always presentable.</li>
<li>Customer Updates: Proactively keep customers updated on their warranty progress</li>
</ul>

2.RMA &amp; Administrative Processing
<ul>
<li>Warranty Management: Accurately issue warranty case numbers, log details, and verify incoming parcels.</li>
<li>Logistics Handling: Coordinate the physical handling of parcels, verify contents, update the sender upon receipt, and pass items seamlessly to our technical team.</li>
<li>Admin Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as vendor claims and general team support.</li>
</ul>

3.Essential Qualities
<ul>
<li>Presentable &amp; Polite: Professional appearance and speech are critical.</li>
<li>Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.</li>
<li>Flexible Support: Must be willing to cross-train and provide logistical/basic support to Technicians during their absence.</li>
</ul>
