Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Ensure company phone directory and contact lists are updated
  • Welcome visitors and handle enquiries
  • Manage courier, mails, and deliveries
  • Assist in administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain reception area and meeting room arrangement
  • Assist in general office coordination
  • Prepare refreshments for meetings and maintain pantry cleanliness and supplies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM
  • Experience in receptionist/admin work is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Responsible and able to multitask
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
