Job Description:&nbsp; Summary Responsible for the compliance of Financial Crime Compliance Department (FCC Department) &nbsp; Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li class="MsoNormal">AML System &amp; Project Unit</li> </ul> <ol> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ol> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage, develop, enhance and formulate on approved projects (new or enhancement) listed under FCC Department.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure other stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities; understand the project schedule and key milestones. </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage resource requirements for key projects by partnering with project managers in understanding scope of effort, deliverables and project plans.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage and coordinate with other units in FCC Department to identify, prioritize and facilitate execution of potential enhancement to AML system and Core Banking System.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Coordinate with IT, vendor and other functional teams to deliver consistent and efficient process/platform enhancements, providing hands-on support and issue escalation as needed.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure vendor performance is monitored and recommend actions to be taken if performance warrants. </li> <li class="MsoNormal">Escalate project risks to the respective FCC Department Head, or Project Sponsor, or Project Team, when and as appropriate.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage and oversee UAT activity performed by UAT Manager</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Manage and ensure daily CTR to be uploaded within 5 days.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ensure all requirements from FCC Department are incorporated into other Divisions' projects and user requirement specifications.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Involve and participate in PWT (Project Work Team) and PSC (Project Steering Committee) meetings of other Divisions' projects as requested by supervisor.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <ul> <li class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Other Assignment</li> </ul> <ol> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ol> <li class="MsoNormal">To deliver ad hoc assignments within a given timeline.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">To handle and deliver any other task assigned by Supervisor within the assigned timeline.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> &nbsp; Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required <ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Good exposure and experience of working in the related areas i.e. Banking and fast-moving environment.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong managerial skill.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Good communication, writing skill and interpersonal.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to perform a variety of functions at various levels internally &amp; externally.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to multi-task, highly numerate with great attention to detail.</li> </ul>
