Job Description
Support the Vice President of Business Development in managing and supporting legal aspects of new business ventures via merger and acquisition, and corporate restructuring activities.
Job Requirements
- To manage and coordinate the development and execution of the Bank’s merger and acquisition strategy
- To manage and coordinate the designing and implementation structural reforms
- To identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or corporate partnerships
- To oversee the process of possible merger and acquisition
- To manage the legal aspects of a mergers and acquisition, new business development as well as other corporate exercise
- To work closely with external legal counsel to draft, review, and revise legal documents to protect the Bank’s interests and mitigate risks
