&nbsp;Role Purpose&nbsp;
The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting with the execution of shopper and customer marketing related activities, data management and reporting, administrative tasks, &amp; ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the trade marketing team's overall operational processes. &nbsp;

Key Accountabilities
<ol>
<li>Commercial Operations:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Activity grid management </li>
<li>GWP Master File Management </li>
<li>Master Price List maintenance </li>
<li>Price Increase preparation and submission </li>
<li>Assist in process of Listing Info, New Promo Code, Promo Pack creation.</li>
</ul>
2. POSM Management:
<ul>
<li>Manage allocation and distribution requirements relating to all POSM within agreed timeframe. </li>
<li>Manage POSM expenses according to budget. </li>
<li>Manage POSM inventory and clearance. </li>
<li>Active participation in POSM Monthly Review meeting </li>
<li>Monthly Master POSM Compilation and update </li>
<li>Manage all permanent displays end to end process (liaising with vendor and installation)</li>
</ul>
3. Promotion Co Packing Management:
<ul>
<li>Manage promotion co-packing of the assigned brand according to activity grid and ensure that stocks are available for sale according to timeline set. </li>
<li>Work closely with respective cross functional team to design and develop all necessary documentations and materials for promo co-packing. </li>
<li>Manage allocation of GWP and Testers</li>
</ul>
4. Data &amp; Reporting: 
<ul>
<li>Monthly Nielsen data preparation (Excel File &amp; Deck Update) </li>
<li>Prepare Monthly reporting according to business needs.</li>
</ul>
5. Other Administrative tasks:
<ul>
<li>PR/PO creation </li>
<li>New vendor creation </li>
<li>Storeroom Housekeeping – Stocks receiving, etc.. </li>
<li>Conference arrangement</li>
</ul>
