Job Description

To manage, monitor and supervise interior fit-out, renovation and defect rectification works.

To check and ensure work is done up to the required standard.

To attend to project meetings and all site issues.

To liaise with vendors, service providers and suppliers.

Perform routine inspection and follow up tightly on defect

To prepare weekly defect report.

Act as liaison between sales, leasing, customer service department and homeowners.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/Construction Management or an equivalent field.

5 years of related working experience in ID fit out/renovation industry.

Meticulous with great attention to detail.

Computer literate.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical knowledge in interior fit out, renovation and building defects.

Hands-on commitment in ensuring the job gets done.
