Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across eCommerce sectors
• Develop pitch decks, proposals and sales materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
• Track pipeline progress and report on sales metrics

Operations Management

• Oversee onboarding and project delivery for new clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Optimize workflows, tools and documentation for efficiency
• Support financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in business development operations, or account management (preferably in ecommerce or digital consulting)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with a bais for action and problem-solving
• Comfortable with CRM tools, project management platforms and spreadsheets
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit
