Full-set Accounting

<li>Maintain the full set of accounts, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Execute monthly closing activities and prepare closing schedules to ensure timely, accurate ledgers.</li>
</ul>
Systems &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Use SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel to process transactions, run queries, and produce routine financial reports.</li>
<li>Prepare standard management reports and support ad hoc analyses to clarify financial trends.</li>
</ul>
Control &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Maintain accuracy through reconciliations and basic control checks to minimise errors.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with colleagues and external parties to resolve discrepancies and support audits.</li>
</ul>
