Role Overview
The Senior Dental Assistant provide assistance in manage daily outlet operations, front-desk activities and customer experience within our beauty and dental portfolio. Our group currently operates 3 dental branches (Kepong , Puchong &amp; Kajang) under our portfolio, with plans for further expansion in the beauty and dental segment.This role requires prior experience in clinic, dental or service-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Handle front-desk reception, registrations, appointments and payments</li>
<li>Coordinate daily operation flow between beauty therapists and dental team</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness &amp; hygiene standards</li>
<li>Explain treatment processes and basic post-care reminders to customers</li>
<li>Assist therapists with treatment setup (non-medical, non-invasive scope)</li>
<li>Manage inventory, consumables and stock replenishment</li>
<li>Maintain SOPs and ensure smooth customer journey</li>
<li>Provide guidance to junior or new team members when required</li>
</ul>
