Job Description

• Assist in daily warehouse administrative operations including data entry, filing, and stock documentation.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, delivery orders and item missing to.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes.
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Support stock-taking, stock adjustment, and report discrepancies to the superior
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized for audit and reference purposes.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports related to inventory, delivery, and stock movement.
• Help other departments to run the operation if needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks or any ad-hoc assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1 year of working experience in warehouse or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Can be multitask person because sometimes need to be help in operation as well

Working Timing: 9hours include 1hour break

Working Date: Monday - Friday & Saturday (half day)
