Job Description
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on using Biztory’s cloud accounting software.
- System Maintenance & Monitoring: Ensure the stability and performance of the platform by identifying and resolving system errors.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Test new features, collect feedback, and ensure software updates meet business requirements before release.
- Technical Issue Escalation: Work closely with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Self-starter and proactive in approaching and engaging with customers.
- Tireless efforts to put a smile on people’s faces.
- A friendly, upbeat, aggressive, outgoing, and communicative personality.
- Self-motivated and a team player who inspires and contributes to the company’s growth.
- 25 years old and above.
- Accounting and Technology Savvy.
- Ability to speak and read in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), English, and Bahasa Melayu.
