We're hiring our first dedicated Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales in Malaysia. You'll work directly with the CEO to open new corporate accounts, build partnerships with relocation and mobility providers, and position Blueground as the default housing choice for expats landing in KL.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a hungry B2B sales professional who wants to own their pipeline and make a visible impact from day one.

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Identify and open new corporate accounts — MNCs, regional HQs, tech companies, consulting firms, and other businesses relocating talent to Malaysia</li>
<li>Develop and manage partnerships with relocation agencies, global mobility providers, and destination service providers (DSPs)</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing</li>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for HR teams, global mobility managers, and corporate decision-makers</li>
<li>Deliver tailored housing solutions by matching client needs with Blueground's portfolio</li>
<li>Manage renewals, upsell long-stay bookings, and grow existing accounts</li>
<li>Share market insights, competitor intel, and client feedback with leadership</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and the CEO to ensure seamless service delivery</li>
</ul>
