This is a hybrid position (3 days Work-From-Home, 2 days Work-From-Office) for a professional to manage the intersection of client relationship management and internal HR operations.
You will be responsible for qualifying and closing sales leads as well as providing administrative advisory to ensure Pinkcollar's job placements are stable, compliant, and balanced for all parties involved.
We are hiring for potential and will provide full industry-specific training. We are looking for someone who prioritises preemptive planning, leads with foresight and scopes out solutions before they become problems. We value candidates who exercise emotional intelligence and maturity required to handle sensitive situations.
