You may know domestic workers by their more colloquial terms, as ‘domestic helpers’ or ‘maids’. Yes, you read this right! We source, recruit and facilitate the safe and debt-free migration of our bibiks, kakaks, ates and aunties into Malaysia, ensuring their entry into safe and dignified jobs and working conditions.&nbsp;
 Pinkcollar was founded to tackle the systemic exploitation of migrant domestic workers in Malaysia where human trafficking, workplace abuses, and contract breaches are still common occurrences. Our aim is to elevate both the professional and humane standards of the migrant recruitment sector to benefit migrant workers and their Malaysian employers alike.

Our Culture

<h3>1. Role Overview</h3>
This is a hybrid position (3 days Work-From-Home, 2 days Work-From-Office) for a professional to manage the intersection of client relationship management and internal HR operations.
You will be responsible for qualifying and closing sales leads as well as providing administrative advisory to ensure Pinkcollar's job placements are stable, compliant, and balanced for all parties involved.
<h3>2. Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Sales &amp; Account Management: Act as the primary contact for inquiries. You will qualify prospects for placement services and manage service-based accounts (e.g., contract renewals). You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets for Pinkcollar’s administrative services. </li>
<li>Post-Placement Admin &amp; Support: You will provide administrative support for our clients post-placement; this involves coordinating documentation and serving as a point of contact for basic inquiries. While your primary focus is admin, you may occasionally assist on 1–2 active cases to learn the industry and provide backup support to the team. </li>
<li>Legal Compliance Guidance: Most employers find the hiring process in Malaysia confusing and difficult to navigate. You will use Pinkcollar's operational expertise to simplify work permit and embassy requirements into a clear, manageable game plan for our clients. </li>
<li>Internal HR Assistance: Assist the CEO with HR-related tasks such as hiring and onboarding. </li>
<li>First Contact Point for Clients: You manage the start of our sales lead cycle, keep all records accurate, and ensure that leads move through our sales cycle smoothly and efficiently.</li>

<h3>3. The Ideal Candidate Profile</h3>
We are hiring for potential and will provide full industry-specific training. We are looking for someone who prioritises preemptive planning, leads with foresight and scopes out solutions before they become problems. We value candidates who exercise emotional intelligence and maturity required to handle sensitive situations.
