Job Description
We're looking for an HR Intern to join our People team in KL. This isn't a "sit and observe" internship — you'll be hands-on from day one, supporting real recruitment workflows and contributing to how we hire and onboard talent across the business.
Duration is aligned with your university's internship programme requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Screening CVs and summarising candidate profiles for the hiring team
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Keeping our recruitment trackers updated and accurate at all times
- Drafting internal and external HR communications — offers, rejections, follow-ups
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc HR and people ops tasks as they come up

Job Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented — you notice when something's off and you fix it
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Strong written communication in English (BM is a plus)
- Proactive — you don't wait to be told twice
- Familiar with Google Sheets; any exposure to ATS tools is a bonus
