We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant/ Human Resource Supervisor to join our dynamic team in line with our group expansion plan. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Prepare interview documents and coordinate with candidates&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support onboarding process (prepare offer letters, collect documents, orientation)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;2. Employee Records Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee personal files (hardcopy &amp; digital)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of HR database and filing system&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculation.</li>
<li>Managed end-to-end foreign worker administration including work permit applications, visa and passport renewals, levy payments, FOMEMA , SPIKPA insurance and accommodation arrangements.</li>
</ul>
 3. Payroll &amp; Benefits Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, claims, allowances)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, claims)&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>HR Administration</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, promotion, resignation acceptance)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle general HR documentation and reports&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 5. Employee Relations
<ul>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support disciplinary processes and documentation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in organizing staff activities and engagement programs&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
