The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations & Procurement Intern to support the day-to-day running of our serviced apartments across Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates from Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Admin, or related fields who want hands-on experience in hospitality operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the team in purchasing and replenishing essentials for units (e.g., amenities, linens, cleaning products, toiletries, consumables)
  • Source items from platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and suppliers via WhatsApp — comparing prices, negotiating when possible, and selecting the best deals
  • Request invoices from vendors and submit them to Finance for payment
  • Track payments and share receipts/proof of payment back with vendors
  • Assist with light operations coordination (inventory tracking, delivery arrangement, supplier follow-ups)
  • Help maintain procurement records and ensure timely ordering so units are always fully stocked

Job Requirements

 Who We’re Looking For

  • Students or fresh graduates in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business / Operations / Supply Chain, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Basic communication and negotiation skills — especially with suppliers
  • Comfortable working on a laptop and mobile apps (Shopee/Lazada/WhatsApp etc.)
  • Bonus points if you enjoy optimising or finding smart ways to get things done efficiently

 

Requirements

  • Able to commit full-time internship (minimum 3 months preferred)
  • Based in Klang Valley & able to work on-site at KLCC office

    • Candidates who already have a work permit for this country
