Job Description

In this position you will…

Train regional sales team’s on CRM best practices & management, maintain the sales systems SOP’s, and provide country-level visibility on sales process and pipeline health

  

You will be responsible for…

  • Supporting Enablement lead in CRM oversight, management, and training
  • Ensure accuracy across pipeline stages by having a deep understanding of deal stages and deal context for all Asian markets
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and key deal information to support regular pipeline reviews and leadership meetings
  • Actively track pipeline trends (by country, industry, product) and report on PMF signals or challenges
  • Data management and analysis - ensuring ‘North Star’ metrics are properly tracked
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other subject matter experts to ensure data within Sales Toolkit is up to date (sales process SOP’s, CRM documentation)
  • Serve as first point of contact for sales data, CRM, and reporting requests
  • Identifying and deploying tools to streamline sales process and reduce administrative burden of sales team
  • Developing and implementing regular reporting, analysis and recommendations with a focus on continuous process refinement to ensure data integrity for all analysis and reporting 
  • Performing cross-market analysis, sharing best practice and assisting with creating standardization of practices and driving efficiencies
  • Support Sales teams to adhere to CRM pipeline management, creation of dashboards, cross-market analysis and identify optimization  
  • Managing special projects and perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

 You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, data analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Strategy
  • Data management and analysis experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams & driving process change
  • Highly structured, process-oriented, and detail-obsessed
  • Insurtech industry knowledge would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint), Power BI
