Job Summary:
The Account / Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Maintain full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation).</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements).</li>
<li>Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS).</li>
<li>Monitor accruals, prepayments, and journal entries to ensure proper period cut-off.</li>
</ul>
Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management
<ul>
<li>Assist in company cash flow, monitor daily bank balances, and cash flow forecasts.</li>
<li>Arrange fund transfers, payments to suppliers, and other disbursements.</li>
<li>Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue receivables.</li>
<li>Prepare daily sales and payment reconciliation.</li>
</ul>
Taxation &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Prepare and submit tax filings (SST, Corporate Tax, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.) within deadlines.</li>
<li>Liaise with LHDN, Customs, EPF, and other regulatory bodies as required.</li>
<li>Support external and internal audit processes by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.</li>
</ul>
Budgeting &amp; Cost Control
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.</li>
<li>Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control.</li>
</ul>
Documentation &amp; Record Keeping
<ul>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.</li>
<li>Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and accessible for audit and reference.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Department Coordination
<ul>
<li>Work closely with procurement, operations, and HR departments on financial-related matters.</li>
<li>Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.</li>
</ul>
