<li>Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Malaysian labor laws. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer leave, attendance, and HR system data entry. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration: &nbsp;</li>

<li>Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance and external vendors. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage employee benefits programs, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). &nbsp;</li>

<li>Compliance &amp; Policy Support: &nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li>Ensure company HR policies and practices comply with Malaysian employment laws. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with audits and regulatory submissions as needed. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture: &nbsp;</li>

<li>Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team events. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster a positive work culture aligned with PalFish’s values. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Cross-Border HR Coordination: &nbsp;</li>

<li>Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking teams at HQ for alignment on HR policies, reporting, and shared services. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Translate HR documents and act as a language bridge when needed. &nbsp;</li>
