As a Human Resource Intern, you will work as part of the people team, engage in the end-to-end lifecycle of talent management (talent acquisition &amp; talent management). For talent acquisition, you will handle candidate research &amp; sourcing, job portal data management &amp; field career fair using Application tracking system (ATS). For talent excellence, you will collaborate with respective department specialists to develop &amp; maintain learning materials using talent engagement/learning management system (LMS).
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform resume research through job portals and professional social media to source for potential candidates and execute candidates’ pre-qualification</li>
<li>Carry out outreach by inviting potential candidates for a coffee chat regarding the job opportunity</li>
<li>Work with universities &amp; colleges to establish our employer branding – including but not limited to securing employer projects, industrial talks, and event sponsorships</li>
