This role offers a unique opportunity to set up and lead a new warehouse operation from the ground up within a growing logistics organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing best-in-class warehouse processes, introducing new value-added services, and leading a team to deliver operational excellence aligned with MNC/3PL standards.
This role is ideal for candidates from 3PLs, logistics MNCs, or structured supply chain environments who are seeking broader responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build something end-to-end.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the planning, setup, and commissioning of a new warehouse facility, including layout optimisation, workflow design, SOP development, and resource planning.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, covering inbound, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, and outbound coordination to meet customer SLAs.</li>
<li>Design and operationalise value-added logistics services such as labeling, kitting, palletisation, cross-docking, and fulfilment solutions.</li>
<li>Establish and enforce operational governance, KPIs, and control mechanisms in line with professional 3PL / MNC practices.</li>
<li>Drive inventory accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement, leveraging data and operational performance metrics.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team, fostering a performance- and safety-driven culture.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and customer requirements, including audits and inspections.</li>
<li>Cross-functional coordination with sales, customer service, transport, and regional stakeholders to support service delivery and business growth.</li>
<li>Support management on warehouse leasing, vendor management, cost control, and operational budgeting.</li>
<li>Prepare management reports and contribute inputs to business expansion and service development initiatives.</li>
</ul>
