Our Values

As Country Manager for Brdgx Malaysia, you will lead strategic growth, drive revenue, and oversee all local operations. You’ll craft data-driven sales strategies, introduce innovative products, and build long-term client relationships. A key part of your role is forging partnerships with banks, payment providers, and regulators to support Brdgx’s expansion and ensure seamless integration.
You’ll represent Brdgx in high-level engagements with stakeholders like Bank Negara Malaysia, PayNet, and fintech associations, strengthening our market presence. Internally, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and a client-first culture.
You’ll also ensure full regulatory compliance, implement governance frameworks, and maintain transparent communication with the Board. From AML/CFT policies to supervisory responses, you’ll uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
This role blends strategic vision with operational execution—ideal for a dynamic leader ready to shape Brdgx’s future in Malaysia.
