- 通过电商平台客户沟通工具与中国大陆客户线上聊天，介绍椰子油产品特点、功效及使用方法，促成产品销售。
- 及时响应客户售前、售后咨询，耐心解答客户疑问，高效解决客户反馈的各类问题，提升客户满意度。
- 负责店铺日常退换货相关事宜，对接客户及相关部门，跟进退换货流程，确保顺利办结。
- 服从管理安排，认真执行各项工作任务，配合团队完成客服相关工作指标。
- 负责客户资料的归档、录入与整理工作，确保客户信息准确、完整、规范。
