Senior Property Assistant Job Vacancy

Position Title: Senior Property Assistant
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 7,000 – RM 9,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist clients throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process, including needs analysis, market research, property recommendations, price negotiations, and transaction procedures.2. Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and dynamics in Kuala Lumpur and provide accurate market analysis reports to clients.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.4. Assist in organizing and participating in property promotion events, exhibitions, and client meetings.5. Ensure the accuracy of relevant documents and contracts, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry.2. Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of providing clear advice and problem-solving for clients.4. Proficiency in office software and property management systems; data analysis skills are a plus.5. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage).
