<li>Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc financial reports.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor annual budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Perform variance analysis on actual results against budgets to support business decisions.</li>
<li>Independently monitor cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow projections.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Handle annual tax submissions, estimations, and other tax-related matters.</li>
<li>Assist in designing and implementing improvements in internal controls and accounting procedures.</li>
<li>Review and recommend enhancements to accounting systems and processes.</li>
<li>Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Review and advise Management on potential business risks related to changes in statutory requirements, cross-border investments, forex risks, and more.</li>
</ul>
