You will play an important role, such as:

• Perform full set of accounts and manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective action plans.
• Perform variance analysis on actual results against budgets to support business decisions.
• Independently monitor cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle annual tax submissions, estimations, and other tax-related matters.
• Assist in designing and implementing improvements in internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Review and recommend enhancements to accounting systems and processes.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Review and advise Management on potential business risks related to changes in statutory requirements, cross-border investments, forex risks, and more.

Job Requirements

• Strong people and leadership skills with a confident, calm, and professional attitude.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good multitasking skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Priority will be given to Mandarin-speaking candidates to better serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and foster stronger relationships.
