Job Description:

1. Perform full set of accounts
2. Manage the day to day financial and accounting operations
3. Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports
4. Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans.
5. Perform variance analysis on actual results against budget
6. Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection
7. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
8. Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters
9. Assist in designing and implementing improvement in controls and establishing
10. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
11. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
12. Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary
13. Review and advise the Management on the potential business risk that may arise from the change in the statutory requirements cross border investment, forex risk and etc

Job Requirements

1. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, characterized by a confident, resolute, and composed demeanor.  
2. Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach, strong independence, and remarkable self-motivation, excelling in face paced environments and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Proficient in Quickbook Accounting System or other systems and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) will be advantage.
