Job Description

• Aid in the preparation of journals concerning provisions, accruals, and prepayment charge-outs.
• Support the review of intercompany transactions and carry out reconciliations.
• Create related balance sheet schedules following the closing process.
• Assist in preparing data for tax calculations.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of internal and external audit requirements.
• Organize and file all journal vouchers.
• Help in preparing the Weekly Sales Forecast.
• Compile costing for received goods and gather data on monthly freight expenses for truck shipments.
• Verify payments made to Customs and assist in compiling necessary information for e-Invoicing.
• Support the annual stock count exercise.
• Attend to various accounting-related ad hoc tasks as assigned periodically.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or a comparable qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Recent graduates are welcome to submit their applications.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to start right away.
• Open to a temporary role for 4 months.
