<li>Aid in the preparation of journals concerning provisions, accruals, and prepayment charge-outs.</li>
<li>Support the review of intercompany transactions and carry out reconciliations.</li>
<li>Create related balance sheet schedules following the closing process.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing data for tax calculations.</li>
<li>Contribute to the fulfillment of internal and external audit requirements.</li>
<li>Organize and file all journal vouchers.</li>
<li>Help in preparing the Weekly Sales Forecast.</li>
<li>Compile costing for received goods and gather data on monthly freight expenses for truck shipments.</li>
<li>Verify payments made to Customs and assist in compiling necessary information for e-Invoicing.</li>
<li>Support the annual stock count exercise.</li>
<li>Attend to various accounting-related ad hoc tasks as assigned periodically.</li>

This job is a temporary Accounts Executive role for 4 months. You might like this job because you’ll help with financial tasks like preparing journals, reviewing transactions, and organizing audits, all while gaining valuable accounting experience.
