Job Description
- Update entries into accounting system SQL and prepare supporting schedules.
- Assist in Payable Function: Update invoices into accounting system SQL and prepare Payment Voucher.
- Assist in income tax computations.
- Maintain proper filing, record and storage of all accounting documents.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- To backup all digital files at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance / Cost Accounting /Business Management or equivalent.
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
- accKnowledge in SQL Accounting system will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience. (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Fluent and English in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
