Job Description
- Assist in sourcing potential suppliers and negotiate with current suppliers for improved pricing, services, and festive gifts.
- Assist in coordination of Procurement-related meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with users to obtain necessary documents for registering new suppliers and conducting supplier evaluations.
- Assist to follow up on any outstanding POs.
- Maintain well-organized filing of all documents and reports.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months internship period.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in any fields, with positive attitude and willingness to learn about Procurement.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal. Ability to convey information efficiently and confidently.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office, Excel and Word.
