Job Description

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and quotation requests (准备和处理采购订单和询价请求)
  • Assist with price comparisons and negotiations to ensure cost-effective purchasing (协助进行比价和价格谈判,确保采购的成本效益)
  • Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress and delivery timelines (与供应商联络,监控订单进度和交货时间表)
  • Inspect the quality of received goods to ensure they meet required standards (检验收到的货物质量,确保其符合所需标准)
  • Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records (维护和更新采购及库存记录)
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for related meetings’ agenda (协助准备相关会议议程的 PowerPoint 演示文稿)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met and follow up on action items from meetings (与内部部门协调,确保满足采购需求,并跟进会议的行动项目)

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (欢迎应届毕业生申请)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or a related field is an advantage (具备至少 1年 采购或相关领域经验者优先)
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to enter data and use simple functions (需具备基本的 Microsoft Excel 知识,包括数据录入和使用简单函数的能力)
  • Strong cross-departmental communication skills; able to clearly express needs and coordinate tasks (拥有跨部门沟通能力;能够清晰表达需求并协调任务)
