About the role
You will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting printer drivers for our customers. As a Printer, Driver Installer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients have a seamless printing experience with Canon products.
What you'll be doing
- Install, configure and troubleshoot printer drivers for customers
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of Canon printing solutions
- Assist and learn from Engineers on ad-hoc requests related to hardware and software system.
- Stay up to date with the latest Canon printer models and driver versions
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting printer drivers.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve driver-related issues
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Possess own transport and will willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Limited experience needed as training will be provided upon joining.
- A team player with the willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
