E-Document Solution Sdn Bhd (EDS) has been established nearly 40 years since 1986. Our headquarter is located at Bukit Serdang, Selangor, with two direct branches located at Melaka and Johor Bahru. 
We are the authorised dealer of two of our industry-leading Japanese brands, which are RICOH (M) SDN BHD and BROTHER INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD. We are well-experienced and mainly provide RICOH’s and BROTHER’s Multi-Function Printer (MFP), and their updated products, such as Office Equipment and Office Solutions. 
We are experts in sales consultation and service including both hardware and software. We are providing and assisting organization with our product’s technologies to transforms / improve your business processes and information management, to increase your organization’s productivity and is cost-effective.

This position is responsible for installation, testing, configuring, troubleshooting, fixing &amp; data restoration on hardware, software, and networking system; understanding of strategic IT solutions. Apply to both internal &amp; external jobs requirement.

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
<ol>
<li>Perform machine setup, troubleshooting &amp; analysis for Company’s Products at client’s premises.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues and outages</li>
<li>Monitor network performance (availability, latency etc.) and test for weaknesses</li>
<li>Provide advice on the most suitable IT solution</li>
<li>Troubleshooting, fixing of network and software issues.</li>
<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot &amp; solving technical issues when they arise.</li>
<li>Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.</li>
<li>Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.</li>
<li>Assess system performance and recommend improvements.</li>
<li>To draft job scopes related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).</li>
<li>To perform other ad-hoc as assigned by superior.</li>
</ol>
