<li>Draft, review, develop and keep up-to-date standard documentation templates.</li>
<li>Liaise and coordinate with external solicitors and manage ongoing financing transactions (including security perfection).</li>
<li>Deal with product and process development, financing, technology, and general legal advisory work.</li>
<li>Build and implement various programs, collaborations, and initiatives during this period of growth for CapBay.</li>
<li>Work with colleagues from various departments to identify, analyse potential legal issues and offer them strategic legal advice.</li>
<li>Scour areas for improvement, in addition to being able to resolve issues creatively in a frictionless manner.</li>
</ul>
