Captivate is the pioneer promoter outsourcing company in Malaysia, set up since Year 2000. The company was founded to meet the demands from FMCG companies for part-time promoter services in the modern trade retail outlets. We served many large FMCG multinationals across the nation providing promoters for in-store demonstrations and events.
In 2013, Captivate went through a management buy-out exercise and with the new owners and management team, we had repositioned and evolved into an end-to-end field force specialist providing business partnering solutions to our customers. Our services cover all aspects of field force management including warehouse and logistics for POSM, market return, premiums and testers.

We bring brands to life, reaching out and engaging shoppers at the retail stores to introduce, share and induce purchases from existing and new users. This important process is conducted by our trained and professional full-time permanent brand ambassadors who are deployed into your key retail stores
<ins>2.0 Merchandiser Services</ins>
Execution Excellence is the key to winning at retail stores. Speed to market, optimized routing, effective implementation and business insights are key success factors we can provide as your business partner.
<ins>3.0 Personal Shopper Services</ins>
<ul>
<li>Pick and pack customer orders accurately from Lotus Hypermarket.</li>
<li>Ensure freshness and quality of items, especially perishables.</li>
<li>Follow delivery platform instructions (Grab/Foodpanda) for order handling.</li>
<li>Coordinate with store departments for product availability and substitutions.</li>
<li>Prepare orders for timely handover to delivery riders.</li>
<li>Maintain records of completed orders and report stock issues if needed.</li>

<ins>4.0 Warehouse &amp; Logistics</ins>
We seek to consolidate and synergize any linked internal processes to ensure efficient implementation from start to finish. This leads to cost optimization in the management of POSM, premiums, testers and market returns. We ensure that your warehousing and logistical needs are met with accurate tracking and visibility for quick actions

<li>Be supporting Project Leads in arranging project’s engagement sessions with clients and team members</li>
<li>Be key liaison for projects, engaging different shared stakeholders (Finance, HR, Recruitment, Logistics, Bi &amp; IT) on various SOPs</li>
<li>Be in constant engagement with team members, resolving backend operational issues</li>
<li>Be undertaking any ad-hoc tasks, assignments, duties as and when required</li>
