Financial Analyst- OTC Billing

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team across the APAC region with respect to: - 

  • Information
  • Report production
  • Financial Administration
  • Ensure all activities (including metrics / SLA reporting) are executed timely, accurately and with the required quality
  • Ensure monthly / quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations are done in timely manner and in accordance with the accounting policy
  • Ensure timely production of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting for GWS APAC.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the management team on month end processes, accruals, monthly reporting, and performance commentaries.
  • Month end tasks including reconciliations.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of SSC process and accounting structure with associated systems and translating knowledge to ensure smooth and consistent flow of financial data.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver in timely manner the Internal-Client’s approved financial formats across the region.
  • Support and provide information for financial audit and tax audit.
  • Deliver the tasks/activities in accordance to control procedure (SOX)


What You'll Need

  • Candidate must possess at least a University level degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Finance or related area
  • LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
  • Organized, Tactful, Reliable, Analytical, Meticulous, Attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.
  • Engaged and committed to continual process improvements.
