They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.</p> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders, and to ensure compliance.</li><li>Enforce all fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures. Remain up to date on pre-fire plans</li><li>Review and implement the organization’s fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet regularly with property managers to discuss events, escalated incidents, and serious concerns.</li><li>Review equipment tests to verify they work in an effective and efficient manner. Escalate any concerns or issues to management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives program.</li> <li>Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.</li><li>Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with stakeholders to identify potential concerns. Communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible functional managers.</li> <li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement</li> </ul> <strong>What You’ll Need:</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.</li> <li>Additional certifications as required by the local authority.</li> <li>A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
