They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.</p> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.</li> <li>Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.</li> <li>Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.</li> <li>Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.</li> <li>Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.</li> <li>Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.</li> <li>Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
