This includes managing marketplace activities, implementing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing operational workflows to drive sales, increase conversions, and enhance the overall customer experience. <ins>Key Responsibilities</ins>

Marketplace &amp; Website Management

<li>Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces, stockists and the website to ensure optimal performance.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize profitability.</li>
<li>Monitor product listings, pricing, stock levels, and promotions to maintain competitiveness.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with platform policies, SEO best practices, and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the operations team to streamline order processing and fulfillment.</li>
<li>Optimize product content, including descriptions, images, and metadata, to enhance visibility and conversions.</li>

<ins>Sales Analysis &amp; Performance Optimization</ins>

<li>Generate and analyse weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to provide actionable insights.</li>
