Responsibilities :

<li>Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds.</li>
<li>Review disbursement documents to verify vehicle information and accuracy.</li>
<li>Collect all necessary documents prior to disbursement in line with our checklist and guidelines.</li>
<li>Input disbursement details into the system, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled correctly.</li>
<li>Activate accounts for loan disbursement.</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.</li>
<li>Participate in project initiatives and assignments as required.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized filing system for document storage.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reports for the department.</li>
<li>Uphold the confidentiality of all protected information.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as needed.</li>
