Mission

<li>Identify and shortlist suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall. Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms. Follow-up through execution to the opening of store.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenant concern and issue soonest possible in interest for betterment of the mall.</li>
<li>Actively source for potential tenants for the vacancy units under the portfolio. Sourcing potential tenants and follow-up through execution to the Tenancy Agreement.</li>
<li>Plan and implement the tenancy mix and retail concepts for the mall.</li>
<li>Draft proposals, lease offers and documents on incoming and current tenancies.</li>
<li>Initiate discussion with potential tenant, negotiate the lease and finalize rental and other terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
