 About the role

 We are looking for talented for Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position based in SImpang Ampat, Penang.

Job description:

  •  Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.
  • Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., warehouse, operation, finance) to ensure smooth operations job.
  • Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment.
