<li>Incoming Raw Material Quality Control:</li>
</ol>
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and communicate quality requirements.
2. Product Release and Approval:
- Approve the release of finished products based on quality assessments and compliance with specifications.
- Work closely with production teams to address any quality concerns and ensure adherence to standards.
3. Certificates of Analysis (COA) Approval:
- Review and approve Certificates of Analysis provided by suppliers.
- Verify that COAs meet required specifications and accurately reflect the quality of the received raw materials.
4. Hygiene and Cleaning Oversight:
- Monitor and enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with cleaning staff to ensure equipment and production spaces meet regulatory and internal cleanliness requirements.
5. FSSC Involvement:
- Actively participate as a Food Safety team member for both the production and quality control areas.
- Implement and monitor Food Safety processes to ensure the production of safe and high-quality products.
6. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspections, and product releases.
- Document any deviations from quality standards and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in quality control and production operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and suppliers, to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.
