Key Responsibility&nbsp;

<li>Staff Leadership: Supervise and guide the retail and café team, providing training and mentorship to enhance performance and maintain high service standards.</li>
<li>Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.</li>
<li>Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to improve workflows, boost sales, and achieve company goals.</li>
<li>Workshop Facilitation and Event Managment: Host and facilitate custom mechanical keyboard workshops, events for individuals and corporate teams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to management.</li>
<li>Brand Representation: Uphold Click &amp; Brew’s brand values, ensuring the store reflects our passion for innovation and quality.</li>
