Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
     
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
     
  • Handle general enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in visitors
     
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
     
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and documents
     
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
     
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
     
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor access and appointments
     
  • Support office operations as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • At least a high school graduate (SPM or equivalent).
     
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is an advantage
     
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)
     
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality
     
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
     
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
     
  • Ability to multitask and handle enquiries calmly
