Bhd. is the Malaysian entity of CMA CGM Group headquartered in Marseille – France, has a strong presence in Malaysia with its 5 offices beside its representation in Kuantan, East Malaysia, Brunei and assisting customers with their requirements ex Southern Thailand (via Penang).</p>
<p>In addition to its maritime offer including dangerous, regulated (reefer) and oversized goods, CMA CGM Malaysia provides its customers with a comprehensive door-to-door service, tailor made warehousing, insurance and customs clearance solutions as well as rail and airfreight options. With own container depot located at Port Klang, Johor and dedicated depot at Penang, its capable to provides excellence container inventory management services to customer.</p>

Learning</strong></em></p> <p>In conjunction with the People Development Lead-</p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Identify development &amp; learning needs</li> <li>Define, plan and facilitate learning offer (soft skills)</li> <li>Identify the right external vendor at the right cost for training topics that are not available in-house</li> <li>Liaise with government bodies as required for skills fund</li> <li>Support business in designing business related training solutions</li> <li>Coordinate the internal trainer community</li> <li>Collaborate closely with HRBP and People Development Lead to assist with implementation of company’s talent development offer: COMPASS, Coaching, Job Shadowing, Mentoring, Self-Awareness tools etc</li> <li>Facilitate employee onboarding session in collaboration with HRBP</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate the deployment of employee engagement actions&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Performance Management &amp;
