Do you thrive on supporting teams, solving problems, and ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time?At CocoFans, we’re looking for an Operations Assistant who will be the backbone of our B2B, event support, and production teams.

<h3>About The Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>You’ll handle order processing, delivery schedules, and stock movement for B2B, retail sales and events.</li>
<li>You’ll coordinate with the BD and factory teams to ensure smooth handovers and timely deliveries.</li>
<li>You’ll track sample distributions and ensure accurate client records are maintained.</li>
<li>You’ll support the team with logistics coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up calls as needed.</li>
<li>You’ll contribute ideas to improve workflow, stock control, and customer service processes.</li>
</ul>
