<li>Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, brand standards, and venue presentation.</li>
<li>Oversee opening and closing procedures, including safety checks and cash handling.</li>
<li>Recruit, train, coach, and manage outlet teams; plan shifts and manpower deployment.</li>
<li>Monitor sales, labour costs, and operating expenses; provide performance updates to management.</li>
<li>Work with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and events.</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.</li>
<li>Ensure all licenses, hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements are fully complied with.</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors, suppliers, landlords, and authorities to support operations.</li>
<li>Support menu quality, consistency, and new outlet setup when required.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager.</li>
